White, Lynn, Collins and Associates, Incorporated (WLC) was originally founded by W.A. White in 1959. We are a consulting firm providing civil engineering, structural engineering, and surveying services to cities, counties, industrial clients, and the private sector.
What sets us apart from other engineering firms is our strong commitment to our clients and their success. We make our clients a key part of the design team—from the preliminary project feasibility and planning phase to the final phase of construction. OUR SERVICES
At White, Lynn, and Collins LLC (WLC), we offer comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services. Our expertise includes roadway and utility design, site development, drainage and environmental studies, construction inspection, and structural engineering. We also specialize in NEPA compliance, park planning, stormwater management, and a wide range of land surveying services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
EXPERIENCE
White, Lynn, Collins and Associates, Incorporated (WLC) was originally founded by W.A. White in 1959. We are a consulting firm providing civil engineering, structural engineering, and surveying services to cities, counties, industrial clients, and the private sector.
Currently WLC has a staff of 12 full time personnel including registered engineers and registered land surveyors. Our staff also includes surveying crew members, construction inspectors, AutoCAD designers and other office management personnel. WLC is currently licensed and registered to work in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Georgia.
